The NPSC and friends of the Council paid to help fund the initial rebuild of the Lynch Park Skatepark thanks to donations from:
+ Silo Omaha
+ SkateFest Omaha
+ Community members
As of fall 2024, the NPSC is working alongside the Omaha Parks & Rec. Dept., Elkhorn West Construction, and Hunger Skateparks to complete the Lynch Park Skatepark Redevelopment project, and is actively raising donations to add to the $150,000 already committed by the city.

Thanks to Hunger Skateparks for donating their time, effort, and energy towards the initial rebuild of the Lynch Park Skatepark during their off-hours building the Millwork Commons Skate Spot. Thanks to the Omaha community, and more specifically, the South Omaha skateboarding community, for coming together to help rebuild too!
Hunger Skateparks is expected to return in October 2024 to build new, additional skate elements within three of the four tennis courts at Lynch Park.
